Opportunities

 MUSIC MINISTRY

Methodists love music and we are no exception.  Our music director and organist is Mr. Tom Giovanetti.  He directs the Chancel Choir which sings at the 10:00 AM worship service with traditional hymns.  Rehearsals are held following the 10:00 AM service at approximately 11:15 AM.   See Tom Giovanetti if you are interested in joining.

We have several other singing groups under the direction of Mr. Geoff Simpson.  He directs the men's a capella group called The Messengers.  They rehearse on Saturday mornings at 9 AM.  The Messengers also take their show on the road and perform around the area.

Geoff also directs the Gospel Gang who rehearse on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 PM and perform around the community to raise money for different charities.

                                                                                                                            

 WEDNESDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY

Every Wednesday morning at 9:30 AM we meet in the Youth Room for fellowship and coffee.  We begin Bible Study at 10 AM.  This is an opportunity to delve deeper into our faith.  No bibles are necessary.  A handout of the current chapter is distributed.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

FOOD PANTRY
 
On site is the Lenox Ecumenical Food Pantry for residents of Lenox.  The Food Pantry is a cooperative effort on the part of all the area churches; St. Ann's, St. Helena, United Church of Christ, Trinity, and the United Methodist Church of Lenox.  It is open every Saturday morning from 10 AM to 11 AM.
